أطلقت «منصة سكني» مؤشر «السلوك الإيجاري» بنسخته الأولى في التطبيق، بهدف تعزيز الشفافية في السوق العقارية ورفع جودة التعاملات الرقمية في قطاع الإيجار العقاري، المتاح للاطلاع عليه من خلال «تطبيق سكني».
وأكدت «سكني» أن «مؤشر السلوك الإيجاري» يأتي بنسخته الأولى للمستأجر فقط، حيث يمكنه إصدار مؤشر لسلوكه عبر تقرير يعتمد على بيانات دقيقة وموثوقة، مع توضيح أدائه في كل محور، ما يساعد على بناء صورة متكاملة حول سلوكه الإيجاري خلال فترة تعامله.
وأوضحت أنه يمكن للمستأجرين الاطلاع على التقرير بكل سهولة بالدخول إلى «تطبيق سكني» واختيار خدمة «السلوك الإيجاري» من قائمة الوصول السريع، ومن ثم الدخول عبر نفاذ وطلب التقرير، مع إمكانية عرضه مباشرة أو تحميله. كما يمكن الحصول على التقرير عبر «إيجار».

It was explained that tenants can easily access the report by entering the "Sakani App" and selecting the "Rental Behavior" service from the quick access menu, then logging in via Nafath and requesting the report, with the option to view it directly or download it. The report can also be obtained through "Ejjar".
