اهتزت محافظة السويس المصرية على وقع قضية صادمة، بعدما قررت جهات التحقيق إحالة رجل أعمال شهير إلى محكمة الجنايات، متهماً بارتكاب أفعال مشينة بحق ابنته القاصر. وقررت جهات التحقيق بمحافظة السويس إحالة رجل أعمال بارز إلى محكمة الجنايات، متهماً بارتكاب أفعال مشينة مع ابنته القاصر (11 عاماً). وأوضحت أوراق القضية أن المتهم استغل سلطته الأبوية وانفراده بالطفلة داخل مسكن الأسرة، مهدداً إيّاها وإيذاء والدتها في حال رفضها تنفيذ أوامره، وهو ما يعكس استغلالاً صارخاً للسلطة الأسرية. بدأت القضية بعد بلاغ تقدمت به والدة الطفلة إلى الأجهزة الأمنية بالسويس، مصحوباً بتقرير طبي يثبت الواقعة، يتهم زوجها بالتحرش بابنتها وإجبارها على مشاهدة أفلام إباحية. وأكد قرار الإحالة أن المتهم كان مسؤولاً عن تربية ورعاية المجني عليها كونه والدها، وأثبتت التحقيقات ذلك عبر سماع أقوال الطفلة والشهود، بينما أنكر المتهم التهم الموجهة إليه. واستندت جهات التحقيق في قرارها على المادة 214 من قانون الإجراءات الجنائية المعدلة بالقانون رقم 170 لسنة 1981، وأمرت بإحالة القضية إلى محكمة جنايات السويس بدائرة محكمة استئناف الإسماعيلية لمعاقبة المتهم وفقاً لأدلة الثبوت ومواد الاتهام. كما قررت التحقيقات ندب محامٍ للدفاع عن المتهم، وإرفاق صحيفة الحالة الجنائية الخاصة به، وإعلان المتهم بأمر الإحالة وقائمة الأدلة، علماً بأنه مُخلى سبيله حالياً. The case began after a report was filed by the child's mother to the security authorities in Suez, accompanied by a medical report confirming the incident, accusing her husband of molesting their daughter and forcing her to watch pornographic films. The referral decision confirmed that the accused was responsible for the upbringing and care of the victim as her father, and investigations proved this by hearing the child's statements and those of witnesses, while the accused denied the charges against him. The investigative authorities based their decision on Article 214 of the amended Criminal Procedure Law No. 170 of 1981, and ordered the referral of the case to the Suez Criminal Court within the jurisdiction of the Ismailia Court of Appeal to punish the accused according to the evidence and charges. The investigations also decided to appoint a lawyer to defend the accused, attach his criminal record, and notify the accused of the referral order and the list of evidence, noting that he is currently released on bail.
