Demilitarized Zone Kyiv proposed several points in the "framework" it presented during negotiations with the U.S. side over the past weeks, including that the area Russia seeks to annex in eastern Ukraine, namely the Donbas region, be demilitarized, especially since any concession of it is subject to strict constitutional and legal conditions in Ukraine.
