أوضحت بيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء تسجيل ارتفاع صافي تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بنسبة %34.5 خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، مقارنة بالربع المماثل من العام الماضي، لتبلغ 24.9 مليار ريال سعودي، مقابل 18.5 مليار ريال في الفترة نفسها من عام 2024. وبيّنت الإحصاءات أن صافي التدفقات سجّل أيضًا ارتفاعًا بنسبة %5.2 مقارنة بالربع السابق من عام 2025، الذي بلغت فيه قيمة التدفقات 23.7 مليار ريال سعودي. وأوضحت الهيئة أن قيمة تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الداخلة بلغت نحو 27.7 مليار ريال سعودي خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، مسجلة ارتفاعًا بنسبة %4.4 مقارنة بالربع الثالث من عام 2024، الذي بلغت فيه 26.5 مليار ريال، كما ارتفعت بنسبة %3.3 مقارنة بالربع السابق. في المقابل، سجّلت تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الخارجة انخفاضًا ملحوظًا، حيث بلغت 2.7 مليار ريال سعودي خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، بانخفاض نسبته %65.7 مقارنة بالربع الثالث من عام 2024، الذي بلغت فيه 8 مليارات ريال، كما انخفضت بنسبة %11.4 مقارنة بالربع السابق. وأكدت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء أن بيانات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر تُعد وفق منهجية إحصائية معتمدة، حيث يُقصد بالاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ذلك الاستثمار الذي يعكس علاقة طويلة الأمد واهتمامًا دائمًا للمستثمر الأجنبي في كيان اقتصادي داخل المملكة، وبما يتيح له التأثير في عملية صنع القرار. وأشارت إلى أن صافي تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر يمثل الفرق بين التدفقات الداخلة والخارجة خلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة، مؤكدة أن بيانات عام 2025 أولية وقابلة للتحديث وفق ما يرد من السجلات الإدارية المعتمدة. The General Authority for Statistics reported a 34.5% increase in net foreign direct investment flows during the third quarter of 2025, compared to the same quarter of the previous year, reaching 24.9 billion Saudi Riyals, compared to 18.5 billion Riyals in the same period of 2024. The statistics indicated that net flows also recorded a 5.2% increase compared to the previous quarter of 2025, in which the value of flows amounted to 23.7 billion Saudi Riyals. The Authority clarified that the value of incoming foreign direct investment flows reached approximately 27.7 billion Saudi Riyals during the third quarter of 2025, marking a 4.4% increase compared to the third quarter of 2024, which amounted to 26.5 billion Riyals, and also increased by 3.3% compared to the previous quarter. In contrast, outgoing foreign direct investment flows recorded a significant decrease, amounting to 2.7 billion Saudi Riyals during the third quarter of 2025, a decline of 65.7% compared to the third quarter of 2024, which was 8 billion Riyals, and also decreased by 11.4% compared to the previous quarter. The General Authority for Statistics confirmed that the foreign direct investment data is prepared according to an approved statistical methodology, where foreign direct investment refers to that investment which reflects a long-term relationship and a permanent interest of the foreign investor in an economic entity within the Kingdom, allowing them to influence the decision-making process. It noted that net foreign direct investment flows represent the difference between incoming and outgoing flows during the specified time period, emphasizing that the data for 2025 is preliminary and subject to updates based on information from the approved administrative records.
