وتقدّم المنشآت والمكاتب الاستشارية المتخصصة، خدمات إعداد دراسات الوضع الراهن، وتقييم المخاطر، والتحقيق في الحوادث وإصابات العمل والأمراض المهنية، وتقديم الاستشارات الفنية والمهنية، وإعداد وتطوير السياسات والإجراءات، وتصميم مؤشرات الأداء والحلول التنظيمية، وتحديد الاحتياج التدريبي، ويُضاف إلى ذلك إعداد برامج إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية، والتدقيق عليها، واستيفاء متطلبات الامتثال، إضافة إلى أي خدمات أخرى ذات صلة بالمجال.
ويبدأ تقييم المنشآت برفع طلب الترخيص أو الاعتماد عبر المنصة ضمن مسار ترخيص واعتماد المنشآت، يلي ذلك استكمال جميع التجهيزات المطلوبة للمنشأة، وبعدها يتم التقديم على طلب الترخيص أو التجديد عبر الجهات المختصة، مع إجراء التحقق من الامتثال للمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة، وذلك وفقاً لمتطلبات الجهات المختصة، وفي حال عدم استجابة المنشأة لطلب التقييم وتزويدها بالمتطلبات خلال مدة زمنية محددة، يصدر قرار التقييم بعد انقضاء مدة لا تتجاوز 15 يوماً من تاريخ بدء التقييم، وذلك بناءً على المستندات المتوفرة.
ويتم إشعار المنشأة بنتيجة التقييم خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 10 أيام من تاريخ انتهاء الزيارة التقييمية، مع إتاحة التمديد لمدة 10 أيام عمل إضافية بعد استلام المستندات الإضافية، وذلك كحد أقصى عند طلب ذلك. ويجوز للمجلس رفض طلبات التجديد بعد انتهاء الترخيص أو الاعتماد لمدة تتجاوز 90 يوماً، ويحق للمنشأة الاعتراض على نتيجة التقييم، عبر تقديم طلب الاعتراض وفق الآلية المحددة، على أن يُقدم الطلب خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 15 يوماً من تاريخ الإشعار بنتيجة التقييم، كما يُشترط أن يتضمن طلب الاعتراض جميع المبررات والمستندات اللازمة التي تدعم الاعتراض، ويتم النظر فيه وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة لدى المجلس.
في ما يخص تقييم الأفراد الراغبين في الحصول على الاعتماد والترخيص، فيبدأ برفع طلب الترخيص أو الاعتماد عبر المنصة ويتم دراسة الطلب من قبل المجلس خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 5 أيام عمل، ويتم النظر في طلبات الترخيص أو التجديد أو اعتماد الأفراد بعد استكمال جميع المتطلبات، بما في ذلك التراخيص وأي متطلبات نظامية من الجهات المختصة، على أن تكون مدة سريان الطلبات 15 يوماً من تاريخ صدور الطلب، وفي حال عدم تزويد الفرد بجميع المتطلبات أو الوثائق والمستندات اللازمة، يتم اتخاذ قرار الترخيص أو الاعتماد خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 15 يوماً، وذلك استناداً إلى المستندات المتوفرة، ويتم إشعار الفرد بنتيجة التقييم خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 10 أيام من تاريخ انتهاء التقييم، مع جواز التمديد لمدة 10 أيام عمل إضافية بعد استلام المستندات الإضافية، ويجوز تقديم طلبات التجديد بعد انتهاء الترخيص أو الاعتماد لمدة لا تتجاوز 90 يوماً.
