أقر مجلس الوزراء، تعديل تنظيم صندوق التعليم العالي الجامعي، بهدف توسيع نطاق موارده المالية ويعزّز قدرته على دعم منظومة التعليم العالي. ونص القرار على تعديل تنظيم صندوق التعليم العالي، إذ جرى تعديل الفقرة «1» من المادة الرابعة ليكون نصها: «قبول الهبات والتبرعات والوصايا وربع الأوقاف، وفقًا للقواعد المنظمة لذلك»، بما يتيح للصندوق الاستفادة من هذا المورد الوقفي ضمن إطار نظامي واضح. وشمل التعديل تعديل الفقرة «1» من المادة التاسعة من التنظيم، بحيث تشمل موارد الصندوق «الهبات والتبرعات والوصايا وربع الأوقاف التي يقرر قبولها مجلس الإدارة»، الأمر الذي يمنح مجلس إدارة الصندوق صلاحية تنظيم قبول هذه الموارد بما يحقق أهدافه الإستراتيجية. The Council of Ministers approved the amendment to the organization of the Higher Education Fund, aiming to expand the scope of its financial resources and enhance its ability to support the higher education system. The decision stipulated the amendment of the organization of the Higher Education Fund, as paragraph "1" of Article Four was amended to read: "Acceptance of donations, contributions, bequests, and a quarter of endowments, according to the regulations governing that," which allows the fund to benefit from this endowment resource within a clear regulatory framework. The amendment also included a modification of paragraph "1" of Article Nine of the organization, so that the fund's resources include "donations, contributions, bequests, and a quarter of the endowments that the Board of Directors decides to accept," which grants the Board of Directors the authority to regulate the acceptance of these resources in a way that achieves its strategic objectives.
