أظهرت نشرة إحصاءات المنشآت السياحية الصادرة عن الهيئة العامة للإحصاء، ارتفاع معدل إشغال الغرف الفندقية في السعودية إلى نحو 49.1% خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، مقارنة بنسبة 46.1% بالفترة نفسها من عام 2024.
ووفقا للبيانات، انخفض معدل إشغال الغرف في الشقق المخدومة ومرافق الضيافة الأخرى إلى 57.4% خلال الفترة ذاتها، مقارنة بنسبة 58% خلال نفس الفترة من عام 2024.
المدينة المنورة الأعلى
وعلى مستوى المناطق، كشفت البيانات تفاوتًا في معدلات إشغال الغرف بين الفنادق والشقق المخدومة، حيث سجلت المدينة المنورة أعلى معدل إشغال في الفنادق عند 68.9%، تلتها الرياض بنسبة 58.1%، ثم منطقة عسير بـ 54.1%.
وتصدرت الرياض معدلات إشغال الشقق المخدومة بنسبة 65.9%، تلتها نجران بـ62.7%، ثم مكة المكرمة بـ 55.7%. وسجلت حائل أدنى معدل إشغال في الفنادق عند 32.3%، في حين جاءت الحدود الشمالية في أدنى معدلات إشغال الشقق المخدومة بنسبة 42.1%.
341 ريالا متوسط السعر اليومي
وبلغ متوسط السعر اليومي للغرفة في الفنادق نحو 341 ريالًا خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، مسجلًا انخفاضًا بنحو 4% مقارنة بالربع المماثل من عام 2024.
ووصل متوسط السعر اليومي في الشقق المخدومة ومرافق الضيافة الأخرى نحو 208 ريالات خلال الفترة نفسها، محققًا ارتفاعًا بنحو 4% عن الربع المماثل من العام السابق.
وبلغ متوسط مدة إقامة النزيل في الفنادق نحو 4.1 ليلة خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، فيما سجل متوسط مدة إقامة النزيل في الشقق المخدومة ومرافق الضيافة نحو ليلتين.
6 % زيادة بأعداد المشتغلين
وبحسب البيانات، ارتفع عدد المشتغلين في الأنشطة السياحية بالمملكة في الربع الثالث 2025 بأكثر من 6% إلى نحو إلى أكثر من مليون مشتغل، مقارنة بنفس الفترة من عام 2024.
وبلغ عدد المشتغلين السعوديين نحو 245.2 ألف مشتغل ما يمثل 24% من إجمالي المشتغلين في القطاع، وبلغ عدد المشتغلين غير السعوديين 764.5 ألف مشتغل مشكلا نحو 76% من الإجمالي.
وتصدرت منطقة الرياض المناطق على مستوى المملكة من حيث عدد المشتغلين في الأنشطة السياحية بنحو 332 ألف مشتغل تُشكل نحو 33% من الإجمالي، تلتها منطقة مكة المكرمة بأكثر من 283 ألف مشتغل.

The average daily rate in serviced apartments and other hospitality facilities was about 208 Riyals during the same period, achieving an increase of about 4% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
The average length of stay for guests in hotels was about 4.1 nights during the third quarter of 2025, while the average length of stay for guests in serviced apartments and hospitality facilities was about two nights.

According to the data, the number of workers in tourism activities in the Kingdom increased by more than 6% in the third quarter of 2025 to more than one million workers, compared to the same period in 2024.
The number of Saudi workers was about 245.2 thousand, representing 24% of the total workers in the sector, while the number of non-Saudi workers reached 764.5 thousand, forming about 76% of the total.
