أصدر النائب العام اليمني القاضي قاهر مصطفى، اليوم (الخمس)، قراراً بتشكيل لجنة للتحقيق في جرائم الفار عيدروس الزبيدي. وذكرت وكالة الأنباء اليمنية «سبأ» أن اللجنة سيرأسها المحامي العام الأول القاضي فوزي علي سيف سعيد، وتضم كلا من مدير مكتب النائب العام القاضي الدكتور عيسى قائد سعيد، ورئيس شعبة حقوق الإنسان القاضي علي مبروك علي السالمي ورئيس شعبة النيابات الجزائية المتخصصة القاضي جمال شيخ أحمد عمير. وأشارت إلى أن القرار يخول اللجنة كافة الصلاحيات القانونية، بما في ذلك استدعاء وضبط وإحضار الأشخاص، وتعزيز الأدلة، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة وفقًا لأحكام القانون، كما ألزم القرار اللجنة بسرعة إنجاز التحقيق، ورفع تقارير دورية عن مجريات الإجراءات، وعرض نتائج التحقيق فور الانتهاء منها مرفقة بالرأي القانوني. ونص القرار على العمل من تاريخه، ووجه الجهات المختصة بتنفيذه كلٌ فيما يخصه. ولفت القرار إلى أن اللجنة، ستحقق في الوقائع المنسوبة للفار عيدروس الزبيدي، والمتمثلة في الخيانة العظمى بقصد المساس باستقلال الجمهورية، والإضرار بمركزها الحربي والسياسي والاقتصادي، وتشكيل عصابة مسلحة، وارتكاب جرائم قتل بحق ضباط وجنود القوات المسلحة، واستغلال القضية الجنوبية العادلة والإضرار بها، من خلال انتهاكات جسيمة ضد المدنيين، وتخريب المنشآت والمواقع العسكرية، والاعتداء على السلطات الدستورية، وخرق الدستور ومخالفة القوانين، والمساس بسيادة واستقلال البلاد. The Yemeni Attorney General, Judge Qaher Mustafa, issued a decision today (Thursday) to form a committee to investigate the crimes of the fugitive Aidarus al-Zubaidi. The Yemeni news agency "Saba" reported that the committee will be chaired by the First Public Prosecutor, Judge Fawzi Ali Saif Said, and will include the Director of the Attorney General's Office, Judge Dr. Issa Qaid Said, the Head of the Human Rights Division, Judge Ali Mabrouk Ali al-Salami, and the Head of the Specialized Criminal Prosecutions Division, Judge Jamal Sheikh Ahmad Umayr. The report indicated that the decision grants the committee all legal powers, including the authority to summon, apprehend, and bring individuals, gather evidence, and take necessary actions in accordance with the provisions of the law. The decision also obliges the committee to expedite the investigation and submit periodic reports on the progress of the procedures, as well as to present the results of the investigation immediately upon completion, accompanied by a legal opinion. The decision stated that it is effective from this date and directed the relevant authorities to implement it as pertains to their respective responsibilities. The decision highlighted that the committee will investigate the allegations against the fugitive Aidarus al-Zubaidi, which include high treason aimed at undermining the independence of the republic, harming its military, political, and economic status, forming an armed gang, committing murder against officers and soldiers of the armed forces, exploiting the just southern cause and harming it through serious violations against civilians, sabotaging military facilities and sites, attacking constitutional authorities, violating the constitution and laws, and undermining the sovereignty and independence of the country.
