برعاية معالي وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية الأستاذ بندر بن إبراهيم الخريّف، وحضور المهندس ماجد بن رافد العرقوبي الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة المدن الصناعية ومناطق التقنية " الأغذية, افتتحت شركة سنيورة للصناعات الغذائية مصنعها الجديد في مدينة جدة على فترة يومين، بحضور عدد من أصحاب السعادة والمسؤولين، وممثلي الجهات الحكومية، ورجال الأعمال، والإعلاميين، إلى جانب شركاء الشركة، وذلك في خطوة استراتيجية تعكس الثقة المتنامية بالبيئة الاستثمارية والصناعية في المملكة العربية السعودية. ويأتي افتتاح المصنع ضمن خطط سنيورة التوسعية في السوق السعودية، وانسجامًا مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 الرامية إلى تعزيز المحتوى المحلي، ودعم الصناعات الوطنية، وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وتوطين الاستثمارات النوعية في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية. العقاد: استثمار استراتيجي وثقة بالاقتصاد السعودي وفي حديثه ، أكد الأستاذ طارق عمر العقاد، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة سنيورة للصناعات الغذائية إلى أن هذا المشروع يجسد الثقة الراسخة بالاقتصاد السعودي، وبما توفره المملكة من بيئة استثمارية جاذبة، ومنظومة صناعية متكاملة، ودعم حكومي فعّال، يجعل من الاستثمار الصناعي خيارًا طويل الأمد، مؤكدًا أن المصنع الجديد يعكس التزام سنيورة ببناء شراكات مستدامة، واستثمارات مسؤولة تسهم في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني وتعزيز مكانة المملكة كمركز صناعي إقليمي. الرئيس التنفيذي: طاقة إنتاجية 10 آلاف طن سنويًا وأكثر من 300 فرصة عمل من جهته، أوضح المهندس مجدي الشريف، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سنيورة للصناعات الغذائية، أن المصنع الجديد يُعد إنجازًا تشغيليًا مهمًا ومرحلة مفصلية في مسيرة الشركة داخل المملكة، مبينًا أن المشروع تم تنفيذه وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية في الصناعات الغذائية. وأشار الشريف إلى أن المرحلة الأولى من المصنع أُقيمت على مساحة مبانٍ تبلغ 11,500 متر مربع، وبطاقة إنتاجية تصل إلى 10,000 طن سنويًا من المنتجات المجمدة والمبردة باستخدام أحدث التقنيات. وأضاف أن حجم الاستثمار في المرحلة الأولى بلغ 150 مليون ريال سعودي، بدعم من صندوق التنمية الصناعية السعودي ما أسهم في تسريع تنفيذ المشروع، مؤكدًا أن المصنع سيوفر نحو 300 فرصة عمل، مع التركيز على توظيف وتدريب الكفاءات الوطنية، ورفع نسبة السعودة ضمن الكادر الوظيفي. وأشاد الرئيس التنفيذي بالتعاون الكبير الذي حظي به المشروع من وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية، وهيئة المدن الصناعية ومناطق التقنية (مدن)، وهيئة الغذاء والدواء، وهيئة تشجيع الاستثمار، مؤكدًا أن سرعة الإجراءات والتكامل بين الجهات الحكومية كان لهما دور محوري في إنجاز المشروع وفق الجدول الزمني المحدد. ويُعد مصنع سنيورة الجديد إضافة نوعية لقطاع الصناعات الغذائية في المملكة، حيث يسهم في تعزيز سلاسل الإمداد المحلية، ورفع كفاءة الإنتاج، ودعم الأمن الغذائي، إلى جانب نقل الخبرات والمعرفة الصناعية، وتوطين التقنيات الحديثة في هذا القطاع الحيوي. Saniora Food Industries Company inaugurated its new factory in Jeddah over a period of two days, with the presence of several officials, representatives of government agencies, businessmen, and media personnel, along with the company's partners, in a strategic step that reflects the growing confidence in the investment and industrial environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The opening of the factory comes as part of Saniora's expansion plans in the Saudi market, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at enhancing local content, supporting national industries, achieving food security, and localizing quality investments in the food industries sector. Al-Aqqad: A Strategic Investment and Confidence in the Saudi Economy In his remarks, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saniora Food Industries, Tarek Omar Al-Aqqad, emphasized that this project embodies the firm confidence in the Saudi economy, and what the Kingdom offers in terms of an attractive investment environment, an integrated industrial system, and effective government support, making industrial investment a long-term option. He affirmed that the new factory reflects Saniora's commitment to building sustainable partnerships and responsible investments that contribute to supporting the national economy and enhancing the Kingdom's position as a regional industrial hub. CEO: Production Capacity of 10,000 Tons Annually and Over 300 Job Opportunities For his part, the CEO of Saniora Food Industries, Eng. Majdi Al-Sharif, explained that the new factory is considered an important operational achievement and a pivotal stage in the company's journey within the Kingdom, indicating that the project was implemented according to the highest global standards in food industries. Al-Sharif noted that the first phase of the factory was established on a building area of 11,500 square meters, with a production capacity of up to 10,000 tons annually of frozen and chilled products using the latest technologies. He added that the investment size in the first phase reached 150 million Saudi Riyals, supported by the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, which contributed to accelerating the project's implementation, confirming that the factory will provide about 300 job opportunities, with a focus on employing and training national talents, and increasing the percentage of Saudization within the workforce. The CEO praised the significant cooperation that the project received from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Industrial Cities and Technology Zones Authority (MODON), the Food and Drug Authority, and the Investment Promotion Authority, affirming that the speed of procedures and the integration between government entities played a pivotal role in completing the project within the specified timeline. The new Saniora factory is considered a qualitative addition to the food industries sector in the Kingdom, as it contributes to enhancing local supply chains, improving production efficiency, and supporting food security, in addition to transferring industrial expertise and knowledge, and localizing modern technologies in this vital sector.
