لقي شخصان مصرعهما، وأصيب 8 آخرون بجروح، جراء انهيار مبنى مكون من ثلاثة طوابق في كوتا بولاية راجستان شمال غرب الهند. وأفادت الشرطة الهندية بأن مبنى في منطقة كوتا قد انهار فجأة، مما أدى إلى مقتل اثنين وإصابة 8 آخرين، حالة 5 منهم مستقرة. يذكر أن مثل هذه الحوادث، سواء المباني الجديدة أو القديمة، شائعة في الهند، ويلقي خبراء الإنشاءات باللوم في هذه الحوادث على سوء الإدارة، وهو ما ينجم عنه استخدام مواد بناء رديئة النوعية، في ظل غياب الرقابة لمعايير السلامة للبناء وللعمال.
