تطلق المنصة الوطنية للقبول الموحد (قبول) في 3 أغسطس القادم مرحلة استمرارية الفرص المتبقية للمتقدمين من خريجي الثانوية العامة لحجز مقاعد قبول في الجامعات الحكومية والأهلية وكليات التدريب التقني والمهني للعام الجامعي الجديد 1448.
وبينت المنصة أن هذه المرحلة تستمر حتى 31 أغسطس، وهي فرصة للطلبة الذين لم يحصلوا على قبول سابق أو يرغبون في الحصول على فرصة أخرى في رغبة لم تكن مدرجة ضمن رغباتهم السابقة، مشيرةً إلى أن الاستفادة من استمرارية الفرص المتبقية تكون مرة واحدة فقط.
استمرارية الفرص
وأوضحت «قبول» أن حالات الاستفادة من استمرارية الفرص المتبقية تتمثل عند تأكيد القبول في مرحلة إعلان النتائج النهائية، والرغبة في الحصول على فرصة قبول خارج قائمة الرغبات، وفي حال عدم الحصول على قبول في مرحلة إعلان النتائج النهائية، وفي حال عدم تأكيد القبول أو إلغاء القبول في مرحلة إعلان النتائج النهائية.
وأكدت أن هذه المرحلة تمكن المتقدم من استعراض الفرص مع الحفاظ على مقعده الحالي، مشيرةً إلى أنه عند التقديم على استمرارية الفرص المتبقية يكون القبول بها مباشراً.
متابعة المهلة
ووفق الإرشادات المنظمة، يستطيع الطالب خلال مرحلة الاستمرارية استعراض الفرص المتاحة مع الاحتفاظ بمقعده الحالي، إلا أن التقديم على إحدى الفرص يعني قبولها مباشرة عند توافر الشروط والمعايير المحددة من الجهة التعليمية.
وشددت المنصة على ضرورة متابعة المهلة الزمنية المحددة لتأكيد الفرصة؛ إذ يؤدي عدم التأكيد خلالها إلى اعتبارها مرفوضة تلقائياً، إلى جانب اشتراط استيفاء الطالب الضوابط الأكاديمية ومعايير القبول المعلنة.
وتمنح المرحلتان الطلبة مساحة إضافية لتحسين خياراتهم الجامعية، والاستفادة من المقاعد التي قد تتوافر نتيجة انسحاب بعض المقبولين أو عدم تأكيد قبولهم.
The National Unified Admission Platform (Qabul) will launch on August 3rd the Continuity of Remaining Opportunities phase for applicants from high school graduates to reserve admission seats in public and private universities and technical and vocational training colleges for the new academic year 1448.
The platform indicated that this phase will continue until August 31st, providing an opportunity for students who did not receive prior admission or wish to have another chance for a preference that was not included in their previous choices. It noted that the benefit from the continuity of remaining opportunities can be availed only once.
Continuity of Opportunities
Qabul clarified that the cases for benefiting from the continuity of remaining opportunities occur when confirming admission in the final results announcement phase, the desire to obtain an admission opportunity outside the list of preferences, in case of not receiving admission in the final results announcement phase, and in case of not confirming admission or canceling admission in the final results announcement phase.
It emphasized that this phase allows the applicant to review opportunities while maintaining their current seat, noting that when applying for the continuity of remaining opportunities, admission is direct.
Deadline Monitoring
According to the organizing guidelines, during the continuity phase, a student can review available opportunities while retaining their current seat; however, applying for one of the opportunities means accepting it directly upon meeting the specified conditions and criteria set by the educational institution.
The platform stressed the importance of monitoring the specified deadline to confirm the opportunity; failing to confirm during this period will result in it being considered automatically rejected, in addition to requiring the student to meet the announced academic controls and admission criteria.
Both phases provide students with additional space to improve their university options and benefit from seats that may become available due to the withdrawal of some admitted students or their failure to confirm their admission.
