تحولت قصة حب إلى كابوس مؤلم بعدما تعرضت القاضية التركية (ف.ك.ت) رئيسة محكمة الجنايات الرابعة، للضرب المبرح على يد صديقها المهندس المدني (ب.د)، في حادثة هزت الأوساط القانونية والاجتماعية في تركيا.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام تركية، فقد بدأ كل شيء بطلب حلويات وصل إلى المنزل عن طريق الخطأ، وحينها جعلت الغيرة العمياء لدى «ب.د» الموقف يتصاعد بسرعة. ووفق مصادر الشرطة، بعد وصول الحلوى بالخطأ إلى منزل الصديق تفاقم الخلاف عندما علم المهندس أن القاضية تحتفل مع محامٍ وصديقتين في منزلها، فتوجه إلى مسكنها واندلع نقاش حاد تحول إلى اعتداء جسدي، أسفر عن كسر في عظمة الوجنة استوجب نقلها فوراً إلى المستشفى.
وكانت العلاقة بين القاضية والمهندس قد بدأت قبل 6 أشهر خلال حصص تدريب على لعب التنس لابنتها، لكنها سرعان ما تحولت إلى توتر دائم بسبب السيطرة والغيرة، حتى أن الحادثة الأخيرة كشفت الجانب العنيف من العلاقة.
وداخل منزل القاضية، غادر الضيوف فور اندلاع الشجار، واتصلت القاضية بخدمات الطوارئ على الرقم 112. ووصلت فرق الشرطة والإسعاف على الفور لتقديم الإسعافات الأولية ونقلها إلى المستشفى.
وأحالت الشرطة المعتدي إلى النيابة العامة، إذ قررت المحكمة حبسه احتياطياً وإرساله إلى السجن، ويواجه عقوبة قد تصل لسنوات طويلة وفق القانون التركي لمكافحة العنف ضد النساء.
وأثارت الحادثة جدلاً واسعاً في تركيا حول حماية النساء من العنف الأسري، وجددت دعوات الجمعيات الحقوقية لتشديد العقوبات على المعتدين وتوفير حماية أسرية للنساء في منازلهن.

The relationship between the judge and the engineer began six months ago during tennis training sessions for her daughter, but it quickly turned into a constant tension due to control and jealousy, to the extent that the recent incident revealed the violent side of the relationship.
Inside the judge's home, the guests left immediately after the fight broke out, and the judge called emergency services at 112. Police and ambulance teams arrived promptly to provide first aid and transport her to the hospital.
The police referred the assailant to the public prosecutor, who decided to place him in pre-trial detention and send him to prison, facing a penalty that could extend to many years under Turkish law for combating violence against women.
The incident sparked widespread debate in Turkey about protecting women from domestic violence, renewing calls from human rights organizations to tighten penalties on offenders and provide family protection for women in their homes.
