- نادي أحد.. بين عراقة التاريخ ومرارة الواقع ما حدث لنادي أُحد يُعد من غرائب وعجائب الرياضة؛ فبعد سنوات المجد، نراه اليوم يُفرّغ من نجومه ومواهبه، ليصل إلى هذا الحال المؤلم الذي لا يسرّ محباً.
- هل يُعقل أن نادياً بحجم «أُحد» وتاريخه العريق في كرة السلة -باعتباره أحد أساطير اللعبة في المملكة- يتذيّل الترتيب العام ويهبط لدوري الدرجة الأولى؟ كيف لمن كان لاعبوه يمثلون الركيزة الأساسية للمنتخب السعودي أن يصل إلى هذه المرحلة؟ إنها بلا شك نتيجة «كوارث إدارية» تسبب بها من أشرفوا على النادي وهم يفتقرون للخبرة الرياضية الحقيقية.
- والسؤال الأهم: كيف رحلت الإدارات التي تسببت في هذا الضرر الكبير دون مساءلة؟ لقد خرج النادي بسبق إصرار من حسابات المنافسة في جميع الألعاب، حتى كرة القدم التي تقبع الآن في دوري الدرجة الثانية، وتنتظر فقط عامل الوقت لتواجه خطر هبوطٍ آخر.
- وحتى لا نُجحف بحق الإدارة الحالية، فقد استلمت إرثاً مثقلاً بالكوارث في فريقي القدم والسلة بعد رحيل أبرز النجوم، لكن هذا لا يعفيها من مسؤولية «إنقاذ ما يمكن إنقاذه»؛ فإذا لم يكن الهدف هو الإصلاح الجذري، فلماذا تم استلام المهمة؟ هل الهدف هو «تسيير أعمال» فقط؟
نقدر الجهود المبذولة في تنظيم الأمور الإدارية والمالية، لكن ما يهم جماهير المدينة المنورة ومحبي الكيان هو النتائج الفعلية على أرض الواقع.
- للأسف، وقع نادي أحد ضحية لإدارات بحثت عن مصالحها الشخصية، وتحول النادي في عهدهم إلى «وظيفة لمن لا وظيفة له» برواتب مجزية، بينما يتغنون بالتضحية بالوقت من أجل الكيان! نحن لا نعترض على الرواتب التي أقرتها الأنظمة، ولكن الاعتراض على غياب العمل الواضح والنتائج المشرفة التي تليق بهذا الكيان الكبير.
- هل سيتم تصحيح المسار خلال شهر يناير الحالي؟ وهل ستُحل القضايا المالية التي أنهكت النادي كما تتردد الأنباء؟
- الأسئلة كثيرة والمجال لا يتسع لذكرها، لكننا ننتظر ومتفائلون بتدخل وزارة الرياضة، خاصة بعد الاجتماعات التي عقدها وكيل الوزارة عبدالعزيز المسعد، لحل التحديات والصعوبات التي تواجه الإدارة الحالية، وعلى رأسها القضايا المالية الخانقة.
- Al-Nadi Al-Ahly.. Between the Grandeur of History and the Bitterness of Reality What has happened to Al-Nadi Al-Ahly is considered one of the oddities and wonders of sports; after years of glory, we now see it stripped of its stars and talents, reaching this painful state that does not please any fan.
- Is it conceivable that a club of the size of "Al-Ahly" with its rich history in basketball - being one of the legends of the game in the Kingdom - is at the bottom of the overall ranking and has been relegated to the first division? How can those whose players represented the cornerstone of the Saudi national team reach this stage? It is undoubtedly the result of "administrative disasters" caused by those who oversaw the club while lacking true sports experience.
- And the most important question: How did the administrations that caused this great damage leave without accountability? The club has deliberately exited from competitive calculations in all sports, even football, which is now languishing in the second division, waiting only for the passage of time to face the danger of another relegation.
- And to ensure we do not do injustice to the current administration, it has inherited a burden laden with disasters in both the football and basketball teams after the departure of the most prominent stars, but this does not absolve it of the responsibility of "saving what can be saved"; if the goal is not radical reform, why was the task accepted? Is the goal merely to "manage affairs"?
We appreciate the efforts made in organizing administrative and financial matters, but what matters to the fans of Medina and the lovers of the entity are the actual results on the ground.
- Unfortunately, Al-Nadi Al-Ahly has fallen victim to administrations that sought their personal interests, and the club has turned during their tenure into "a job for those without jobs" with generous salaries, while they boast of sacrificing time for the entity! We do not object to the salaries set by the regulations, but we object to the absence of clear work and the honorable results that befit this great entity.
- Will the course be corrected during this current January? And will the financial issues that have exhausted the club be resolved as the news suggests?
- There are many questions, and the space does not allow for mentioning them all, but we are waiting and optimistic about the intervention of the Ministry of Sports, especially after the meetings held by the Deputy Minister Abdulaziz Al-Musaad, to address the challenges and difficulties facing the current administration, foremost among them the suffocating financial issues.
