أصدرت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، نشرة الرقم القياسي لأسعار العقارات في المملكة خلال الربع الرابع من عام 2025م، ووفقاً لنتائج هذه النشرة فقد سجّل الرقم القياسي لأسعار العقارات في المملكة انخفاضاً بلغت نسبته 0.7% خلال الربع الرابع من عام 2025م مقارنةً بالربع الرابع من عام 2024م؛ ويُعزى ذلك بشكل رئيس إلى انخفاض أسعار القطاع السكني بنسبة 2.2%، مدفوعاً بانخفاض أسعار الأراضي السكنية بنسبة 2.4%، وانخفاض أسعار الشقق بنسبة 2.5%، وأسعار الفلل بنسبة 1.3%، وأسعار الأدوار السكنية بنسبة 0.2%.
من جهة أخرى، شهد مؤشر الرقم القياسي لأسعار العقارات في المملكة، وعلى أساس ربع سنوي، انخفاضاً بلغت نسبته 0.4% مقارنةً بالربع الثالث من عام 2025م؛ متأثراً بانخفاض أسعار القطاع السكني بنسبة 0.4%، وكذلك انخفاض أسعار عقارات القطاع التجاري بنسبة 0.4%، وانخفضت أسعار القطاع الزراعي بنسبة 0.7%.
يُذكر أن الرقم القياسي لأسعار العقارات يعتمد على بيانات المعاملات العقارية في جميع المناطق الإدارية، ويتم احتسابه بشكل ربع سنوي وفقاً لمنهجية محدَّثة تعتمد على نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي الجغرافي، وربط البيانات بمصادر متعددة بما يُسهم في تحسين جودة وشفافية بيانات أسعار العقارات في المملكة العربية السعودية.
The General Authority for Statistics issued today (Tuesday) the real estate price index bulletin for the Kingdom during the fourth quarter of 2025. According to the results of this bulletin, the real estate price index in the Kingdom recorded a decrease of 0.7% during the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the fourth quarter of 2024; this is primarily attributed to a decline in residential sector prices by 2.2%, driven by a decrease in residential land prices by 2.4%, a decrease in apartment prices by 2.5%, a decrease in villa prices by 1.3%, and a decrease in residential floor prices by 0.2%.
On the other hand, the real estate price index in the Kingdom experienced a quarterly decrease of 0.4% compared to the third quarter of 2025; affected by a decline in residential sector prices by 0.4%, as well as a decrease in commercial sector property prices by 0.4%, and agricultural sector prices fell by 0.7%.
It is worth noting that the real estate price index is based on data from real estate transactions across all administrative regions, and it is calculated quarterly according to an updated methodology that relies on geographic artificial intelligence models and links data to multiple sources, contributing to improving the quality and transparency of real estate price data in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
