وسط تصاعد التوتر مع الولايات المتحدة وتسارع الجهود الدبلوماسية الساعية لنزع فتيل الأزمة، أفادت الخارجية الإيرانية بأن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لم يحدد مهلة نهائية للمفاوضات، قال المتحدث باسمها إسماعيل بقائي، اليوم الإثنين، إن طهران تدرس تفاصيل مختلف المسارات الدبلوماسية لمعالجة التوترات مع الولايات المتحدة، معربا عن أمله في التوصل إلى نتائج في الأيام القادمة.

وسطاء وتبادل رسائل

وفيما حذر مسؤولون من أن "صبر" الرئيس الأمريكي"بدأ ينفد"، قال بقائي إن دولا في المنطقة- لم يحددها- تلعب الوسيط في الرسائل التي جرى تبادلها الرسائل حول نقاط مختلفة.

واعتبر أن الوقت مهم بالنسبة لإيران، مؤكدا أن التعجيل برفع العقوبات يعتبر مكسبا لطهران، ولفت إلى أن دول المنطقة كثّفت في هذه الأيام مساعيها الحميدة لنزع فتيل الأزمة.

وأضاف «نحن حاليًا في مرحلة اتخاذ القرار، لافتا إلى أن عامل الزمن مهم جدًا بالنسبة لنا، ففي بعض المراحل السابقة من المفاوضات، شهدنا قيام الأطراف المقابلة بإساءة استغلال عملية التفاوض».

بناء الثقة لإجراء المفاوضات

وكان وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي أكد أهمية بناء الثقة لإجراء مفاوضات مع الولايات المتحدة وسط تصاعد التوترات. وقال عراقجي لشبكة «سي إن إن»: «للأسف، لقد فقدنا ثقتنا في الولايات المتحدة كشريك في التفاوض».

وردا على سؤال عن كيفية البدء بعملية تفاوض ذات مغزى، قال: «نحن بحاجة إلى التغلب على حالة عدم الثقة هذه».

وأعلن عراقجي لشبكة «سي إن إن» أن بعض الدول الصديقة في المنطقة كانت تحاول بناء الثقة وتمهيد الأرضية لمفاوضات ذات مغزى، ونحن نعمل معهم ونتبادل الرسائل، ووصف هذه المحادثات بأنها «مثمرة».

وحذر عراقجي من أن الحرب ستكون كارثة للجميع، لافتا إلى أن إيران تعلمت دروسا كثيرة في الحرب الأخيرة. وقال إنه يرى بلاده الآن مستعدة جيداً، مضيفاً أن الاستعداد لا يعني أن إيران تريد الحرب.

ترتيب اجتماع أمريكي - إيراني

وكان موقع «أكسيوس» نقل عن مصادر، أمس (الأحد) قولها: إن قطر وتركيا ومصر تعمل على ترتيب اجتماع في أنقرة بين المبعوث الأمريكي ستيف ويتكوف ومسؤولين إيرانيين كبار.

وتفيد تقارير بأن إدارة دونالد ترمب لاتزال منفتحة على حل دبلوماسي مع إيران، لكنها تشك في موافقة المرشد علي خامنئي على أي اتفاق مقبول للولايات المتحدة.

وتأتي هذه التطورات بعد يوم من تحذير المرشد الإيراني من حرب إقليمية إذا هاجمت الولايات المتحدة بلاده، معتبرا أن إيران أفشلت «الفتنة الأخيرة التي كانت بمثابة انقلاب».

ورداً على سؤال حول تحذير خامنئي بأن «على الأمريكيين أن يدركوا أنهم إن بدأوا حرباً فستكون حرباً إقليمية»، أجاب الرئيس ترمب «بالطبع سيقول ذلك». وأضاف «نأمل أن نتوصل إلى اتفاق. إذا لم نتوصل إلى اتفاق، فسنكتشف حينها ما إذا كان محقاً أم لا».

إيران مستعدة للمواجهة

من جانبه، حذر رئيس هيئة الأركان الإيرانية عبد الرحيم موسوي، من أن النيران إذا اندلعت في المنطقة فستحرق أمريكا وحلفاءها.

وقال موسوي، اليوم: إن إيران على أتم الاستعداد للمواجهة والرد بصفعة انتقامية، مؤكدا أن العالم سيرى وجها مختلفا لإيران القوية، وأن طهران ستتحرك على نحو سريع وحاسم وخارج حسابات أمريكا إذا تعرضت لهجوم. ولفت إلى أن «الذين يتحدثون عن حصار بحري، عليهم أن يعيدوا مراجعة دروس الجغرافيا والجيوسياسة»، معتبرا أن «إيران القوية والواسعة دولة غير قابلة للحصار». وأضاف «نحن لا نفكر إلا في النصر، ولا نُعير أي اهتمام للضجيج ولا للهيبة الظاهرية للعدو، ولا نخشَى تهديداته».

Amid escalating tensions with the United States and accelerating diplomatic efforts aimed at defusing the crisis, the Iranian Foreign Ministry reported that U.S. President Donald Trump has not set a deadline for negotiations. The spokesperson, Ismail Baghaei, stated today, Monday, that Tehran is considering the details of various diplomatic paths to address the tensions with the United States, expressing hope for reaching results in the coming days.

Mediators and Message Exchanges

While officials warned that the "patience" of the U.S. president "is beginning to run out," Baghaei said that countries in the region—unspecified—are acting as intermediaries in the exchanged messages regarding various points.

He noted that time is important for Iran, emphasizing that hastening the lifting of sanctions is considered a gain for Tehran, and pointed out that countries in the region have intensified their good offices in recent days to defuse the crisis.

He added, "we are currently in the decision-making phase," noting that the factor of time is very important for us, as in some previous stages of negotiations, we witnessed the opposing parties misusing the negotiation process.

Building Trust for Negotiations

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi emphasized the importance of building trust for negotiations with the United States amid rising tensions. Araqchi told CNN: "Unfortunately, we have lost our trust in the United States as a negotiating partner."

In response to a question about how to initiate a meaningful negotiation process, he said, "We need to overcome this state of distrust."

Araqchi announced to CNN that some friendly countries in the region have been trying to build trust and lay the groundwork for meaningful negotiations, and we are working with them and exchanging messages, describing these discussions as "fruitful."

Araqchi warned that war would be a disaster for everyone, noting that Iran has learned many lessons from the last war. He stated that he sees his country now well-prepared, adding that being prepared does not mean Iran wants war.

Arranging a U.S.-Iran Meeting

The Axios website reported yesterday (Sunday) from sources that Qatar, Turkey, and Egypt are working to arrange a meeting in Ankara between U.S. envoy Steve Biegun and senior Iranian officials.

Reports indicate that the Trump administration remains open to a diplomatic solution with Iran, but it doubts the approval of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei for any agreement acceptable to the United States.

These developments come a day after the Iranian leader warned of a regional war if the United States attacks his country, considering that Iran has thwarted "the last sedition that was akin to a coup."

In response to a question about Khamenei's warning that "Americans should realize that if they start a war, it will be a regional war," President Trump replied, "Of course, he will say that." He added, "We hope to reach an agreement. If we do not reach an agreement, then we will find out whether he is right or not."

Iran Ready for Confrontation

For his part, Iranian Chief of Staff Abdolrahim Mousavi warned that if fires break out in the region, they will burn America and its allies.

Mousavi stated today that Iran is fully prepared for confrontation and to respond with a retaliatory slap, asserting that the world will see a different face of a strong Iran, and that Tehran will act swiftly and decisively outside of America's calculations if attacked. He pointed out that "those who talk about a maritime blockade should review the lessons of geography and geopolitics," considering that "a strong and vast Iran is an uncontainable state." He added, "We think only of victory, and we pay no attention to the noise or the apparent prestige of the enemy, nor do we fear its threats."
