يتسابق طلاب وطالبات من الصف الثالث ابتدئي حتى الثالث ثانوي في مسابقة «كانجارو» التي أطلقتها مؤسسة موهبة. وتعتمد في أسئلتها على نظام الاختيار من متعدد، مع تقسيم المشاركين بحسب صفوفهم الدراسية.

وأوضحت «موهبة» أن باب التسجيل سيبقى مفتوحاً حتى 7 أبريل المقبل. وتهدف المسابقة إلى تشجيع الطلبة على إتقان المعرفة في الرياضيات، وتنمية مهاراتهم الرياضية وقدرتهم على حل المسائل الحسابية، وتطبيق المفاهيم الرياضية وربطها بالحياة اليومية، إلى جانب توفير بيئة تعليمية تنافسية ومحفزة وممتعة لتعلم الرياضيات، وتعزيز أهميتها لدى طلبة التعليم العام.

وتُعد مسابقة «كانجارو»، التي انطلقت مسابقةً وطنيةً في أستراليا عام 1980، من أكبر المسابقات العلمية عالمياً، ز تُقام في أكثر من 70 دولة، ويشارك فيها ما نحو 6 ملايين طالب وطالبة حول العالم.

Students from the third grade of primary school to the third year of secondary school are competing in the "Kangaroo" competition launched by the Talents Foundation. The questions are based on a multiple-choice system, with participants divided according to their grade levels.

The "Talents Foundation" clarified that registration will remain open until April 7th. The competition aims to encourage students to master knowledge in mathematics, develop their mathematical skills and their ability to solve arithmetic problems, and apply mathematical concepts and relate them to daily life, in addition to providing a competitive, stimulating, and enjoyable learning environment for mathematics, and enhancing its importance among general education students.

The "Kangaroo" competition, which started as a national competition in Australia in 1980, is one of the largest scientific competitions globally, held in more than 70 countries, with approximately 6 million students participating worldwide.
