وأكد قنطوش أن التسجيلات لا تعود إلى شقيق شيرين، موضحاً أن المعطيات الأولية تشير إلى أن المتهم حصل على المقاطع بعد اختراق هاتف الفنانة، وليس عبر مصدر عائلي كما أُشيع.
وأشار إلى أن الفحص الفني الذي تجريه الجهات المختصة سيحدد بدقة هوية من قام بالتسريب، إضافة إلى أي أطراف أخرى شاركت أو حرّضت على نشر التسجيلات، تمهيداً لاتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم.
وفي سياق متصل، حددت جهات التحقيق موعد 21 فبراير الجاري لبدء أولى جلسات محاكمة المتهم بالاستيلاء على الحسابات الرسمية للفنانة شيرين عبد الوهاب عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، من بينها قناتها الرسمية على «يوتيوب»، والتي يُشتبه في تحقيقه أرباحاً مالية غير مشروعة من إدارتها.
وكان فريق شيرين القانوني قد أعلن في وقت سابق تحركات قضائية ضد عدد من الصفحات الإلكترونية التي نشرت صوراً ومحتويات وُصفت بأنها مسيئة، مؤكداً أن هذه الممارسات تسببت للفنانة في أضرار نفسية جسيمة.

Attorney Yasser Qantouch, representing the Egyptian artist, has initiated formal legal proceedings by filing a complaint with the authorities combating cybercrime in Egypt against an individual suspected of being involved in leaking audio recordings that were circulated via the "WhatsApp" application, which included direct insults to the artist.
Qantouch confirmed that the recordings do not belong to Sherine's brother, explaining that initial data indicates that the accused obtained the clips after hacking the artist's phone, and not through a family source as rumored.
He noted that the technical examination being conducted by the relevant authorities will accurately determine the identity of the person who leaked the recordings, as well as any other parties that participated in or incited the publication of the recordings, in preparation for taking legal action against them.
In a related context, the investigative authorities have set February 21 of this year as the date to begin the first sessions of the trial for the individual accused of taking over Sherine Abdel Wahab's official accounts on social media platforms, including her official channel on "YouTube," from which he is suspected of generating illegal financial profits.
Earlier, Sherine's legal team announced legal actions against several online pages that published images and content described as offensive, confirming that these practices have caused the artist significant psychological harm.
These developments highlight the rise of digital extortion and account hacking cases targeting celebrities, at a time when the relevant authorities are moving towards tightening legal measures to combat this type of cybercrime.
