تحولت قصة زواج استمرت عقدين كاملين إلى سلسلة من القضايا المتشابكة أمام محاكم أكتوبر والأسرة في مصر، بعدما تبادل زوجان الاتهامات في معركة قانونية مفتوحة لا تزال فصولها مستمرة.
قرر الزوج اللجوء إلى القضاء، وأقام جنحتين ضرب ضد زوجته، متهماً إياها بالتعدي عليه بسلاح أبيض داخل منزله، إلى جانب دعوى سب وقذف بعد (بحسب قوله) نشرها عبارات مسيئة أساءت إلى سمعته أمام محيطه الاجتماعي والمهني.
وفي أروقة محكمة الأسرة، لم تتوقف المواجهة عند هذا الحد، إذ طالب الزوج بإسقاط الحقوق الشرعية المسجلة بعقد الزواج، مستنداً إلى رفض زوجته تنفيذ حكم الطاعة، وحرمانه (وفق روايته) من رؤية أطفاله على مدار عامين كاملين.
وأمام المحكمة، روى الزوج تفاصيل السنوات الأخيرة من زواجه قائلاً إن الخلافات تصاعدت بشكل غير مسبوق بسبب ما وصفه بـ«الغضب الشديد والمبالغ فيه»، ما دفعه إلى مغادرة منزل الزوجية بعد تفاقم النزاعات.
ويؤكد أنه حاول احتواء الموقف، إلا أن الأمور (على حد قوله) أخذت منحى تصعيدياً، بدءاً من مشاجرات متكررة، وصولاً إلى بلاغات متبادلة ودعاوى نفقة وحبس. كما أشار إلى أنه تقدم بتقارير طبية ومحاضر رسمية لإثبات واقعة التعدي.
وفي خطوة قانونية جديدة، أقام الزوج دعوى نشوز أمام محكمة الأسرة، مطالباً بتعويض مالي قدره نصف مليون جنيه، تعويضاً عما وصفه بالأضرار المادية والمعنوية التي لحقت به نتيجة النزاع المستمر.

The husband decided to resort to the judiciary and filed two assault charges against his wife, accusing her of attacking him with a sharp weapon inside their home, in addition to a defamation lawsuit after (according to him) she published offensive statements that harmed his reputation in his social and professional circles.
In the corridors of the family court, the confrontation did not stop there, as the husband demanded the annulment of the legal rights recorded in the marriage contract, citing his wife's refusal to comply with the obedience ruling and depriving him (according to his account) of seeing his children for a full two years.
Before the court, the husband recounted the details of the last years of his marriage, stating that the disputes escalated unprecedentedly due to what he described as "extreme and exaggerated anger," which led him to leave the marital home after the conflicts intensified.
He insists that he tried to contain the situation, but things (in his words) took an escalating turn, starting from repeated arguments to mutual complaints and lawsuits for alimony and imprisonment. He also noted that he submitted medical reports and official records to prove the incident of the assault.
In a new legal step, the husband filed a lawsuit for marital disobedience before the family court, demanding financial compensation of half a million Egyptian pounds for what he described as the material and moral damages he suffered due to the ongoing dispute.
