أعلن مغني المهرجانات الفنان المصري مسلم تنظيم وقفة احتجاجية أمام مقر نقابة المهن الموسيقية بمنطقة وسط البلد في القاهرة، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، اعتراضًا على قرار إيقافه عن الغناء بناءً على كثرة الشكاوى المقدمة ضده من متعهدي الحفلات، التي تتعلق بعدم التزامه بالمواعيد والتعاقدات المتفق عليها، وقد تم اتخاذ هذا القرار دون مثوله أمام جلسة التحقيق، التي عقدتها النقابة في وقت سابق.

ويشارك مسلم الوقفة الاحتجاجية 40 عازفًا من فرقته الموسيقية، ووصف مغني المهرجانات قرار النقابة بالتعسفي وغير القانوني، معبراً عن استيائه من استمرار القرار الصادر عن النقيب مصطفى كامل، الذي يقضي بمنعه من الغناء والعمل في مصر.

ويأتي هذا التصعيد بعد مرور أكثر من 8 أشهر على قرار إيقافه في مارس الماضي، وقد شهدت الأزمة تزايدًا في حدة الخلافات بين مسلم والنقيب مصطفى كامل، في شكل سلسلة أزمات لا تنتهي، حيث اتهم مسلم الأخير بالمسؤولية عن تدهور حالته النفسية والصحية نتيجة لاستمرار قرار الإيقاف مُنذ شهور.

وكان مسلم قد وجه هجومًا مباشرًا على النقيب مصطفى كامل في منشور عبر حسابه في «إنستغرام»، ظهر فيه برفقة طليقته يارا تامر، التي انفصل عنها في أواخر سبتمبر الماضي.

وأكد مسلم في منشوره أن تعرضه لأزمة قلبية للمرة الرابعة كان بسبب قرار الإيقاف، موجهًا كلامه للنقيب مصطفى كامل قائلاً: «والله ما مسامحك يا مصطفى يا كامل، محدش همه زعل الإنسان، ولا بينام الليل عامل إزاي؟! الظلم صعب».

وفي السياق ذاته، كان النقيب مصطفى كامل، قد أعلن في وقت سابق عبر حسابه الرسمي على «فيسبوك»، شطب ثلاثة أسماء فنية من فئة الأداء الصوتي داخل نقابة المهن الموسيقية، نهائيًا، دون ذكر أي أسماء من المُعلن عنها، مؤكدًا آنذاك أن النقابة منحت الفرصة أكثر من مرة لهم، للعدول وتصويب أوضاعهم، دون حدوث ذلك، وتُشير الاحتمالات إلى أن مسلم، قد يكون أحد الأسماء الفنية الثلاثة المشطوبة، غير المعلن عنهم حتى الآن.

The Egyptian festival singer Muslim announced the organization of a protest in front of the headquarters of the Musicians' Syndicate in downtown Cairo today (Tuesday), in objection to the decision to suspend him from singing based on numerous complaints filed against him by concert promoters, which relate to his failure to adhere to the agreed schedules and contracts. This decision was made without his appearance at the investigation session held by the syndicate earlier.

Muslim will be joined in the protest by 40 musicians from his band, and he described the syndicate's decision as arbitrary and illegal, expressing his dissatisfaction with the continuation of the decision issued by the syndicate head, Mustafa Kamel, which prohibits him from singing and working in Egypt.

This escalation comes more than 8 months after the suspension decision in March, and the crisis has seen an increase in the intensity of the disputes between Muslim and Mustafa Kamel, taking the form of an endless series of crises, where Muslim accused the latter of being responsible for the deterioration of his mental and physical health due to the ongoing suspension decision for months.

Muslim had directly attacked Mustafa Kamel in a post on his Instagram account, where he appeared alongside his ex-wife Yara Tamer, from whom he separated in late September.

In his post, Muslim confirmed that experiencing a heart crisis for the fourth time was due to the suspension decision, addressing Mustafa Kamel by saying: "I swear I won't forgive you, Mustafa Kamel. No one cares about the human being's feelings, nor how they sleep at night! Oppression is hard."

In this context, Mustafa Kamel had previously announced via his official Facebook account the final removal of three artistic names from the vocal performance category within the Musicians' Syndicate, without mentioning any names from those announced. He confirmed at the time that the syndicate had given them multiple opportunities to rectify their situations, which did not happen. Speculations suggest that Muslim may be one of the three artistic names removed, which have not been disclosed yet.
