قدم عميد معهد الموسيقى السابق الموسيقار عاطف إمام بلاغا رسميا ضد نقيب الموسيقيين الفنان مصطفى كامل، وذلك على خلفية اتهامات تتعلق بعرقلة الإجراءات القانونية ومنعه من ممارسة حقه في الاستئناف ضد قرار صادر عن مجلس التأديب.

وتصاعدت حدة التوتر داخل نقابة المهن الموسيقية عقب تحرير إمام بلاغا رسميا ضد النقيب ومجلس النقابة، اتهمهم فيه بتعطيل القانون وعدم تمكينه من ممارسة مهمات منصبه الذي ناله بقرار من المحكمة.

وتقدم محامي الموسيقار إمام فهد مرزوق ببلاغ حمل الرقم 3514 لسنة 2025 إداري عابدين، اتهم فيه مصطفى كامل بحجب قرار صادر عن مجلس التأديب، وهو ما حال دون تمكين موكله عاطف إمام من الطعن بالاستئناف على هذا القرار، ما يُعد منعا من ممارسة حق قانوني أصيل.

من جانبه، أكد سكرتير عام نقابة المهن الموسيقية الدكتور أحمد أبو المجد أن النقابة تعاملت مع البلاغ المُحرر فورا، مشيرا إلى إحالة الأمر بالكامل إلى الشؤون القانونية داخل النقابة لـ«عمل اللازم» ودراسة الموقف القانوني واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة حياله.

Tensions escalated within the Syndicate of Musical Professions after Imam filed an official complaint against the head and the council of the syndicate, accusing them of hindering the law and preventing him from carrying out the duties of his position, which he obtained by a court decision.

Imam's lawyer, Fahd Marzouk, submitted a complaint numbered 3514 for the year 2025, administrative Abdeen, accusing Mustafa Kamel of withholding a decision issued by the disciplinary council, which prevented his client, Atef Imam, from appealing this decision, constituting a denial of the exercise of a fundamental legal right.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Syndicate of Musical Professions, Dr. Ahmed Abu Al-Majd, confirmed that the syndicate dealt with the filed complaint immediately, pointing out that the matter was referred entirely to the legal affairs department within the syndicate to "take the necessary action" and study the legal position and take appropriate measures regarding it.
