أعلنت الإعلامية المصرية منى عراقي إصابتها بمرض مناعي نادر، مؤكدة أن الأطباء في مصر أخبروها بعدم وجود علاج نهائي، ولا بد من اعتمادها على العلاج الهرموني مدى حياتها.
مرض مناعي نادر
وقالت منى في مقطع فيديو نشرته على حسابها الشخصي بمنصة «فيسبوك»: «الدكاترة في مصر قالوا لي جالك مرض مناعي ملوش علاج، واللي نقدر نعمله هو وصف علاج هرموني أعيش بيه باقي حياتي».
3 سنوات من البحث
وأضافت عراقي أنها قضت ثلاث سنوات تبحث عن علاج، حتى التقت بامرأة ألمانية مصابة بالمرض نفسه، فنصحتها بأن التركيز يجب أن يكون على علاج السبب الأساسي وليس مجرد التعامل مع الأعراض.
تحسن حالتها بعد تجربة علاجية في الهند
وأضافت عراقي أن حالتها بدأت تتحسن تدريجيا بعد أربعة أشهر من العلاج، حين سافرت إلى الهند لتلقي العلاج بالطب الشامل، الذي يجمع بين علاج الجسم والعقل والروح.

She added that she spent three years searching for a treatment until she met a German woman who had the same disease, who advised her that the focus should be on treating the underlying cause rather than just managing the symptoms.
Improvement in her condition after a treatment experience in India
She added that her condition began to gradually improve after four months of treatment when she traveled to India to receive holistic treatment, which combines the treatment of the body, mind, and spirit.
