توغلت قوات إسرائيلية في عدة قرى بريفي القنيطرة الجنوبي والشمالي.
وذكرت وكالة الأنباء السورية الرسمية (سانا)، أن قوة إسرائيلية مؤلفة من 10 آليات عسكرية توغلت في قرية صيدا الحانوت بريف القنيطرة الجنوبي، وأقام قسم من القوة، يتكون من 5 آليات، حاجزاً غرب القرية، فيما توغل القسم الآخر نحو قرية صيدا الجولان وأقام حاجزاً وسطها.
وأكدت الوكالة أن قوة أخرى مؤلفة من 3 سيارات توغلت في قرية الصمدانية الشرقية، وأقامت حاجزاً على الطريق الواصل بين القرية وبلدة خان أرنبة ونفّذت عمليات تفتيش للمارة وعرقلت الحركة.
فيما دخلت قوة ثالثة مؤلفة من عربة مصفحة وسيارة همر في قرية عين القاضي بريف القنيطرة الجنوبي، وأقامت حاجزاً أمام المدرسة الابتدائية، ما أدى إلى حالة من التوتر والخوف بين الطلاب والأهالي.
وكانت قوات إسرائيلية توغلت أمس (الثلاثاء)، في مدينة القنيطرة المهدّمة، وسلكت طريق قرية رسم الرواضي باتجاه تل كروم جبا، وتوغلت في قرية الصمدانية الشرقية، فيما استهدفت بأربع قذائف هاون الأراضي الزراعية جنوب بلدة جباتا الخشب في ريف القنيطرة الشمالي.
ومن المنتظر أن تعود «لجنة الميكانيزم» السورية الإسرائيلية إلى الاجتماع مرة أخرى قريباً، وسط توقعات بانعقادها خلال أسبوعين من الآن.
وبحسب مراقبين، فإنه ليس من المنتظر أن تكون الأمور أفضل بكثير خلال الاجتماع، إذ تتمسك سورية بانسحاب إسرائيلي، بينما أبلغت إسرائيل واشنطن أنها ترفض الانسحاب إلى خط فك الارتباط في الجولان، وأنها ليست بوارد التنازل عن هذا المطلب.
Israeli forces have infiltrated several villages in the southern and northern Quneitra countryside.
The Syrian official news agency (SANA) reported that an Israeli force consisting of 10 military vehicles infiltrated the village of Saida al-Hanout in the southern Quneitra countryside, with part of the force, consisting of 5 vehicles, setting up a checkpoint west of the village, while the other part advanced towards the village of Saida al-Jolan and established a checkpoint in its center.
The agency confirmed that another force consisting of 3 vehicles infiltrated the village of Eastern Samdaniya, setting up a checkpoint on the road connecting the village to the town of Khan Arnabah, conducting searches of passersby and disrupting movement.
A third force consisting of an armored vehicle and a Humvee entered the village of Ain al-Qadi in the southern Quneitra countryside, establishing a checkpoint in front of the elementary school, which led to a state of tension and fear among students and parents.
Israeli forces had also infiltrated the destroyed city of Quneitra yesterday (Tuesday), taking the road from the village of Rasem al-Rawadi towards Tal Kroum Jabba, and advanced into the village of Eastern Samdaniya, while targeting agricultural lands south of the town of Jabata al-Khashab in the northern Quneitra countryside with four mortar shells.
The "Mechanism Committee" between Syria and Israel is expected to meet again soon, with expectations for it to convene within two weeks from now.
According to observers, it is not expected that things will be much better during the meeting, as Syria insists on an Israeli withdrawal, while Israel has informed Washington that it rejects withdrawal to the disengagement line in the Golan and is not willing to concede this demand.
