وأشار الأهالي في شكواهم لـ«عكاظ»، ومنهم: نايف السبيعي، وعبدالله الحارثي، وسعيد محمد الحارثي، إلى أن الجمال السائبة تتنقل وسط الحي وبين المنازل، مما يهدد حياتهم وحياة أطفالهم عند تنقلهم إلى مدارسهم، ناهيك عن خطر سيارات النحالين التي تنتشر على أطراف الحي وتشكل لدغاتها خطرا عليهم عند سيرهم، ولم يتوقف أذاها عند ذلك الحد، بل تجاوز إلى دخولها لمنازلهم، متمنين من الجهات ذات العلاقة التحرك في معالجة ذلك الأمر حتى لا تنتشر أكثر ويزيد ضررها ومضايقتها لهم. ويتمنى محمد العتيبي، وعلي الحارثي، من الجهة المسؤولة عن النظافة الاهتمام أكثر ومضاعفة جهودها في نظافة المخططات التي تشهد مخلفات الحيوانات نتيجة تنقلها، مشوهة المنظر العام وحارمة البعض من الاستفادة من ممارسة رياضة المشي.

وناشد سكان حي العنود وأم السباع، الجهات المختصة والمعنية بالوقوف ميدانيا لرصد التشوهات التي تشهدها المخططات، ومنها قيام البعض بإحراق المخلفات للقضاء على الروائح، لكنهم في نفس الوقت يتسببون في انتشار الأمراض الصدرية والتنفسية، وخصوصا لصغار السن بالحي.

Residents expressed their complaints to "Okaz," including Naif Al-Subaie, Abdullah Al-Harithi, and Saeed Mohammed Al-Harithi, noting that stray camels roam in the neighborhood and between homes, threatening their lives and the lives of their children as they head to school. Additionally, the danger posed by the beekeepers' vehicles, which are prevalent on the outskirts of the neighborhood, poses a risk of stings while they walk. The nuisance does not stop there; it has even extended to entering their homes. They hope that the relevant authorities will take action to address this issue before it spreads further and increases its harm and disturbance to them. Mohammed Al-Otaibi and Ali Al-Harithi wish that the responsible cleanliness department would pay more attention and double its efforts in cleaning the neighborhoods that witness animal waste due to their movement, which distorts the overall appearance and prevents some from benefiting from practicing walking.

Residents of Al-Anoud and Umm Al-Siba have called on the relevant authorities to conduct field visits to monitor the distortions in the neighborhoods, including the actions of some who burn waste to eliminate odors. However, they simultaneously cause the spread of respiratory and pulmonary diseases, especially among young children in the neighborhood.
